We have the knowledge

To continue with our concept of providing total transportation service, in 1978, we incorporated Precon International in order to offer a consolidation service from Asia, As early as 1982, we were one of the first companies (see Journal of Commerce, 12/24/82, Page 3B), to provide a consolidation service for consignees and buyers from China for FOB cargo who named Precon International in their L.C.. This allowed us to contact suppliers in order to receive freight from various suppliers and consolidate the cargo in order to make full ocean or air freight containers.  This service, at that time, was mainly for department stores. This now completed the next to the last link in the chain.

We were now able to receive freight from various originating countries, arrange ocean or air freight, and upon arrival in the United States, provide trucking and warehousing and distribution services.  The success of this program lead us to open our office in Japan in 1986, which gave us an opportunity to work closely with various suppliers in Asia.
